Yes. Our job postings are updated on a regular basis. Jobs remain posted until the position is filled or closed.

Interested candidates should apply for a position through our Browse Jobs page. Follow the simple steps to upload your resume. If you don’t see a position you’re currently interested in, we invite you to submit your resume to our Talent Network.

Our website uses technology that automatically extracts details from your resume to complete the relevant sections of the job application. The accuracy of this software is dependent on the format of your resume. You will have an opportunity to review the extracted information during the application process to ensure accuracy and make any necessary changes.

Once your application has been processed, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t receive an email, please check your junk and spam folders.

Unfortunately, you will not be able to log back into our system to update your information. However, if you are invited onsite for interviews, you will receive a printed copy of your application to review and to make any necessary changes.

Our goal is to review every resume and reach out to candidates accordingly. Should your qualifications meet the requirements of the position for which you applied, we’ll follow up with you directly.

Interviews vary depending on the role but typically are multi-round, one-on-one meetings with key position stakeholders. Most often the interview process begins with an initial phone call with a Kirkland recruiter followed by in-person interviews. Interviews for certain positions begin with assessment testing.

Interviews are a time for us to get to you know better as a candidate and share more details about the role and the Firm. We recommend that you research our Firm and come prepared with questions that will help you learn more about the position, the department and the work environment. Please arrive on time and in appropriate business attire.
