Essential Job Functions
The Chicago office is seeking data and analytics professional to support the Firmwide (“FW”) Legal Recruiting and Development (“LRD”) department. The candidate will serve as a key resource focused on data management, extraction and reporting, as well as creating analytical insights in support of LRD’s data and analytics strategies.
The Specialist role will be expected to become an expert in the multiple data sources across all LRD talent-related global functions (legal recruiting, legal education and development, as well as attorney engagement initiatives that include, but are not limited to: alumni engagement, CareerLink program, Concierge program). In addition to optimizing extract, transform, load (“ETL”) database functions, the Specialist role will be responsible for producing sophisticated data metrics and statistics reporting, as well as supporting more advanced data visualizations and analytics for purposes of FW and LRD leadership consumption.
The ideal candidate will also exhibit superior communication skills and display an ability and interest in building relationships with colleagues across various FW and LRD functional areas and levels.
