Essential Job Functions
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”) and the Firmwide Human Resources team. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: support the CHRO with the budget process, prepare and report on financial metrics and tracking vendor payments; track and report on tuition reimbursement and remote work arrangements; provide complex calendar management, conferences and prepare travel arrangements and expense reimbursement. Plan and coordinate events, including luncheons and various senior management meetings. Prepare internal and external communication and proactively anticipate needs of the CHRO.
