Essential Job Functions
This position requires a motivated and energetic person with experience in instructional design, e-Learning, and project management as they relate to the development and delivery of technology training. Excellence in the delivery of classroom training is also required. This position is part of a team responsible for designing a range of solutions for training and performance support and oversees the development and implementation of learning solutions, with a focus on new application rollouts and technology upgrades. This person will provide direction relative to the methods, tools, technologies, and processes for developing blended learning solutions. This position also requires experience in needs assessment and task analysis.
A successful candidate for this position will possess leadership, time management, project management, and interpersonal skills. They must also demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Knowledge of Microsoft products is essential. College degree required. Degrees in Instructional Design or related fields a plus. 3-5 years of experience in technology training and/or instructional design.
