Essential Job Functions
POSITION OVERVIEW
This is an onsite position.
The Digital Assistant Production Assistant is responsible for serving as a digital imaging and printing expert, who will be responsible for providing a wide variety of digital documents processing services including printing, scanning, media duplication and copying. The assistant must have extensive experience in copying, scanning and imaging, and working in a networked print production environment. Strong computer skills are required including an extensive working knowledge Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Access), LAW, and Adobe applications. Familiarity with Copitrak scanning platform and Canon multi-functional devices is preferred. The hours of this position are 1:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday through Friday), with flexibility for overtime required.
In addition to the technical skills, the Digital Services Assistant must have strong communication skills, both written and oral, be extremely responsive to customer questions and concerns, customer service oriented, committed to quality, and deadline driven. The ideal candidate must have a strong attention to detail, outstanding organizational skills, a high degree of concentration, patience, professionalism, and the ability to multi-task, within a fast-paced work environment. The Digital Assistant must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and/or in a group environment. The ability to lift and/or carry 50 pound boxes and spend long periods of time standing is required. Prior experience in a law firm copy center or production print environment preferred.
