Essential Job Functions
As a member of the Firmwide Legal Recruiting & Development Department (“LRD”), the Firmwide Legal Recruiting Coordinator will provide support to the campus legal recruiting efforts across the entire organization.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent oral and written communication skills; be a team player; demonstrate strong client service; have the utmost respect for confidentiality and attention to detail; work independently and be able to follow up with minimal instructions; have the ability to prioritize work and work on multiple projects in a fast paced environment; interact with potential recruits, attorneys and staff at all levels of the Firm’s business; strong organizational skills, demonstrate initiative and work under pressure and deal with demanding deadlines. Individual must have the ability to work overtime.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education, Work Experience, Skills
Minimum three to four years of experience, preferably in law firm or other professional services environment. A Bachelor’s degree is required. Experience with Symplicity and ViDesktop preferred. Strong Microsoft Excel skills required.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
