Essential Job Functions
The restructuring legal analyst is responsible for managing preparations for representation of distressed companies in all aspects of Chapter 11 reorganizations and out-of-court restructurings. Including maintaining the central case file, managing pleadings, correspondence, memos, client documents, and court filings. Prioritize and manage multiple cases/projects. Team oriented with a collaborative focus. A JD is required for this position.

Manages Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and coordinates preparation and filing of related legal documents
Interacts with outside entities (clients, court personnel, witnesses, consultants, noticing agents, creditors etc.); and Manages Hearing Preparation

Qualifications & Requirements
Education, Work Experience, Skills
The ideal candidate will possess 4-5 years of experience preferably in a law firm handling complex Chapter 11 Bankruptcy matters for large corporate clients, supervising teams, preparing for trial, and managing trial support. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, project management, analytical skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Skilled in getting things done and overcoming obstacles to reach the goal, flexible in adapting to constantly changing priorities. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is required. JD is required. Flexibility to accommodate for travel and overtime is required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
