Essential Job Functions

  • Collect/review data and documentation related to the investments of the program’s participants.
  • Coordinate internally with legal teams and attorneys for administration requests related to the program’s investments, including AML/KYC requests, LPA amendments, and general correspondence.
  • Prepare/review subscription documentation and supporting documentation related to new investments.
  • Actively participate in/contribute to process improvement efforts of the Investment Partnerships Department.
  • Involvement in complex projects and initiatives with other members of the Investment Partnerships team as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • The Contractor will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Business as well as three to five years of relevant work experience. Prior tenure in asset management or at a law firm including as a paralegal or other investment management company is a plus.
  • This individual should be proactive, results oriented, and possess written and oral communication skills to clearly and concisely summarize conclusions and observations. Attention to detail and the eagerness to learn and to progress within a dynamic and growing environment are imperative.
  • Individuals are expected to exhibit strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence. The successful candidate will be capable of working with all levels of Firm personnel, both as a part of a team and independently. The individual should be an ambitious self-starter who is curious and resourceful while focusing on creating positive impact and lasting change.
  • This individual should have an understanding of leading practices related to the private market investing processes.

Technologies/Software

  • MS Office with emphasis on advanced Excel skills is required
