Essential Job Functions
The HR Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and workflow coordination of the Firmwide HR Operations team. The supervisor is also responsible for ensuring that HR Operations-related business processes are documented and updated, to support efficient department operations. Under the direction of the Associate Director of HR Operations, the supervisor will coordinate with the Firm’s HRIS Analysts, the Time and Absence Operations team, IT, Benefits, and Payroll departments to ensure that the Firm’s core HCM system is designed, developed and maintained in a manner that supports accurate tracking and reporting of Human Resources data.

Qualifications & Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree in or equivalent experience in a related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Human Resources required. Proficiency with MS Office, particularly Excel, is also required. Prior supervisory experience preferred. Experience in a law firm or professional services environment preferred. The HR Operations Supervisor must have excellent judgment; exceptional problem-solving skills; superior oral, written and interpersonal communication skills; and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. In addition, the successful candidate will be self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task and effectively prioritize competing demands on his or her time and attention.
