You should be comfortable working in a team environment, with a keen eye for organization and detail. Understanding the elements of M&A and commercial transactions is an advantage, but more importantly you will need to be able to think critically, analyze data effectively and convey complex information clearly.

Kirkland’s Intellectual Property Group includes more than 300 attorneys who handle complex IP litigation, transactions and counseling matters. As the IP BD Coordinator, you will interface regularly with the 75 TIPT attorneys located across the U.S. and in London who are a core component of Kirkland’s leading M&A practice and also lead other strategic commercial agreements. The role will also provide occasional support to the IP Litigation Practice.

Our international BD team provides seamless service to our attorneys with a focus on quality, innovation and responsiveness. In short, we are looking for a self-starter, with good judgement and an interest in a professional services career.
