Essential Job Functions
The Technology Support Analyst II is responsible for the support of PC hardware and software. He or she must be able to quickly diagnose, determine appropriate course of action, and provide complete follow through on all incidents to a successful resolution. Candidate should have strong PC troubleshooting skills, be proficient in remote support and basic proficiency in OS and core application suite. The candidate must be proficient in performing such tasks as hard drive replacement, adding memory, malware/virus detection and removal. He or she will need to be able to complete new installations by using Firm standard configurations for desktops and laptops using SCCM. The candidate is able to work overtime during the weekday or weekend when needed.
