Essential Job Functions
The New York office is seeking a Lateral Recruiting Specialist to support lateral recruiting efforts. As part of the Firmwide Legal Recruiting and Development Department, the Lateral Recruiting Specialist will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of lateral attorney recruiting with direction from the Senior Lateral Recruiting Manager.

This position requires a high level of collaboration with attorneys and staff, and the ability to work independently. This individual must demonstrate sound judgment, strong client service and a professional demeanor; possess excellent oral and written communication skills; have the utmost respect for confidentiality; attention to detail; work independently and be able to follow up with minimal instructions; have the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
The candidate must also demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills, and the ability to work across all levels of management with various personality types; build relationships, be proactive, and stay organized. A Bachelor’s degree is required, along with superior verbal and written communication skills.
