Essential Job Functions
POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for a Branding & Creative Coordinator to join our in-house design team within the Firm’s Business Development/Marketing Department. The mid-level designer will support the associate creative director in global branding and marketing initiatives for external and internal audiences. They will also communicate and collaborate daily with more than 100 diverse problem-solvers and advisers dedicated to the broader business development, marketing and communications efforts of the Firm. Our global business development team provides seamless service to our attorneys with a focus on quality, innovation and responsiveness.
The ideal candidate will have strong graphic design, production and problem solving skills to help create engaging marketing materials that align with Kirkland’s corporate aesthetic. They will be an adept team player who is comfortable receiving constructive feedback, executing designs from concept to completion. Having a passion for learning new skills and exploring emerging design/marketing trends is a must. We encourage our designers to pursue professional development opportunities.
The coordinator should understand how the Firm’s brand strategy plays into the global marketing ecosystem and will collaborate closely with the Investment Funds, Litigation, and broader transactional practices along with the Communications and Digital Marketing teams to meet requirements and deadlines for a wide array of projects spanning all offices.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
At this time, this job operates in a remote environment, but will transition to a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
