Essential Job Functions
We are looking for a versatile proposals assistant with strong project management skills and an eye for detail to join our growing RFP team within the Firm’s Business Development Department. It’s an exciting time to join a collaborative team as we continue to grow and pursue new opportunities.
The assistant will bring outstanding writing, editing and grammar skills, and the ability to multitask and juggle competing deadlines. Exceptional organizational and project management skills will be important.
The assistant will support projects directed by members of the RFP team, and will report to the Firmwide RFP Manager.
The assistant will also communicate and collaborate daily with nearly 125 diverse problem-solvers and advisers dedicated to the broader business development, marketing and communications efforts of the Firm. Our international business development team provides seamless service to our attorneys with a focus on quality, innovation and responsiveness.
