Essential Job Functions


As a member of the Firmwide (FW) Legal Recruiting and Development Department, the Legal Practice Integration Coordinator supports the Legal Practice Integration Manager and is responsible for assisting with and coordinating the overall administration of the attorney and practice integration processes.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing weekly work stream reports, supporting the development of our attorneys, the staffing needs of the Partners, the work integration process and lateral integration program, and general administrative responsibilities as assigned.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

Assist in the Legal Practice Integration Process, including:

  • Preparing weekly work stream report templates
  • Preparing data visualizations to support work stream analytics
  • Pulling and securing highly confidential data reports from internal server
  • Coordinating and entering data and summaries from check-in meetings
  • Supporting Integration Task Force and its initiatives
  • Coordinating attorney meetings and check-ins
  • Managing communications and logistics for integration events
  • Coordinating with HR, Professional Development, and Lateral Recruiting Teams for updates relating to personnel changes and updates


  • Organizing and filing documents
  • Updating and managing key Integration documents in the Document Management System
  • Other duties as assigned by the Legal Practice Integration Manager

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar setting, law firm, or professional services strongly preferred.
  • Technical experience must include MS Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Power Bi (Data Visualization), and Excel (advanced).  Experience or familiarity with OneNote is preferred.
  • The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent proofing and communication (oral and written) skills; the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; a very strong attention to detail; and a professional demeanor. 
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate among lawyers and staff to achieve results.  
  • This position also requires discretion and care due to exposure to sensitive and highly confidential information.
