Essential Job Functions
Qualifications & Requirements
The qualified candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a project manager or facilities supervisor/manager preferably in a professional services organization. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience and success managing a facilities team that can support the various tasks required to maintain a professional services environment. Candidates must be able to climb a ladder and lift a minimum of 50 lbs. The successful candidate must possess a thorough knowledge of building repairs and maintenance, e.g. HVAC, carpentry, mechanical and electrical systems, plumbing, painting, keys/locks, physical security, ergonomics. The ideal candidate is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with constantly shifting priorities and under time constraints. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required as well as availability to work nights and weekends, as required. College degree or equivalent work experience will be considered.
