Essential Job Functions
The Associate Director, Benefits and HR Operations is responsible for executing and integrating strategic initiatives set forth by the FW Director of Benefits and HR Operations and other members of the HR leadership team. These initiatives will cross multiple HR functions and include those related to wellbeing, talent analytics, and staff recruitment and retention, among others. The Associate Director is responsible for working with HR leadership to promote and communicate strategic initiatives both within and outside of HR. This individual is also responsible for providing detailed analysis and presenting information in a manner appropriate to facilitate decision-making at the highest levels. The Associate Director will help guide initiatives forward to successful launch and will establish methods for measuring the outcomes of strategic initiatives relative to objectives. This individual will also work with HR leadership to identify and implement adjustments to initiatives, where appropriate, to enhance outcomes. This position reports directly to the FW Director of Benefits and HR Operations.

Qualifications & Requirements
The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding analytical ability, superior written and verbal communication skills, strong project management skills, attention to detail, and sound judgment. This individual will also possess excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate productive working relationships within HR and across functions. Additional core competencies include strategic and tactical thinking, flexibility, and discretion. A high level of proficiency in MS Office applications including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is also required. Experience with PeopleSoft or other HRIS system is a plus. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing HR strategic initiatives. Experience in a law firm or other similar professional services environment is required.
