Essential Job Functions

The Financial Analyst will support the CFO and the Office of the CFO department in a variety of Finance initiatives and management functions. The Financial Analyst will provide analyses relating to key strategic initiatives and collaborate with various functions within the Finance team as well as other functional areas.  

  • Consolidate and analyze financial data and develop financial models to support key strategic initiatives.
  • Manage relocation, rent, and real estate related payment processing.
  • Create real estate spend reporting and analytics and interpret real estate leases.
  • Support the development, reporting, and analysis of the annual Finance, Real Estate, and related capital budgets.
  • Finance Department staffing administration, including assistance in the preparation of the departmental headcount budget, monitor Finance headcount levels, and maintain organization charts.
  • Facilitate the Finance records inventory and retention processes, as well as administer data management security for all Finance records.
  • Support the administration and maintenance of internal policies and procedures for the Finance department.
  • Participate in business process analyses of finance functions to improve quality of service and create efficiencies; recommend improvements and support change management efforts.
  • Perform special projects as requested.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • An ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance with a minimum of two years of experience; Law or professional services firm experience is desired.
  • Experience with a “Big 4” or other National CPA firm and project management experience is preferred.  
  • Given the variety of projects this individual will be exposed to, the ability to learn new concepts quickly and to develop creative solutions/alternatives to issues/questions is critical.
  • This individual should be proactive, results oriented, and have the ability to communicate with personnel at all levels.
  • A collaborative style and a strong customer service orientation are required.
  • The candidate needs to be a critical thinker who possesses a high level of intellectual curiosity, while at the same time is comfortable navigating the details involved with the function and its responsibilities.
  • Advanced skills in mining financial information from a variety of financial and business systems, interpreting this data, and converting into analytics are essential.





  • Knowledge of Elite 3E is a plus.
  • Advanced MS Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint presentation skills are necessary.
