Essential Job Functions
The Attorney Recruiting Assistant is an entry-level administrative assistant position supporting the Attorney Recruiting team and is responsible for assisting the overall administration of the attorney recruiting process. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: support of campus and lateral recruiting and the Summer Associate Program, maintenance of the applicant tracking system, and general administrative responsibilities as assigned.
1. Assist fall on-campus interviewing administration including:

4. Work with Attorneys, summer associates and recruits to answer questions and be a resource
5. Maintain candidate database as resumes are received and decisions are finalized
6. Send rejection letters to candidates via email
7. General office duties including:
Qualifications & Requirements
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least one year of experience in an office setting is required; experience working for a law firm is preferred. Technical experience should include MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess excellent proofing and communication (oral and written) skills; the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment; a very strong attention to detail; and a professional demeanor. Additionally, the ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships among lawyers and staff to achieve results. This position requires collaboration with attorneys and staff and the ability to exercise independent judgment. It also requires a significant amount of overtime during our busy summer and fall seasons.
