  • Revenue Team Support: Respond to real-time billing and pricing inquiries from partners and firm leaders; process rate overrides and support client rate plan implementation.
  • Data Gathering & Analysis: Collect financial data for Requests for Proposals (RFPs); analyze market trends to support pricing decisions in collaboration with the Pricing and Business Development teams.
  • Special Projects & Growth: Assist with cost override and client group maintenance; support financial schedule/report preparation and contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in accounting or finance; experience in a professional services environment (law firm experience a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and eagerness to learn; ability to spot and clearly communicate anomalies through routine audits.
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams; professional, team-oriented, and committed to delivering excellent service.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills to summarize findings and collaborate across teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with Elite 3E and Power BI is a plus.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple assignments while meeting firm deadlines and be capable of working with all levels of Firm personnel, both as part of a team and independently.
