Whether greeting clients, supporting attorneys, or coordinating conference room logistics, you’ll be instrumental in delivering the white-glove experience Kirkland is known for. As a Guest Services Representative, you’ll play a central role in creating a seamless and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors by:

  • Greeting guests, clients, and colleagues with warmth and professionalism
  • Managing conference center reservations and ensuring rooms are impeccably prepared
  • Overseeing lobby and reception area operations, maintaining a secure and welcoming environment
  • Coordinating visitor needs, including food and beverage service, technology, and light administrative support
  • Assisting with local arrangements such as transportation and restaurant reservations
  • Collaborating closely with attorneys, staff, and building personnel to keep things running smoothly
  • Shift: Mon – Thurs, 3:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. & Fri, 1:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

What You’ll Bring

We’re looking for someone who delivers exceptional service with poise and purpose. You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

  • A polished, professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Experience in hospitality, corporate concierge, or guest services (3+ years preferred)
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office (especially Outlook) and managing scheduling systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication, strong organization, and a proactive mindset
  • The ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining grace and accuracy
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Compensation

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in New York City. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At Kirkland & Ellis, we consider compensation more than just a base salary. We offer an exceptional range of flexible benefits including comprehensive healthcare, paid time off, and retirement. Compensation Range:

  • New York City: $51,000 - $67,000
