What You’ll Do
Are you a tech-savvy problem-solver who thrives under pressure and enjoys helping professionals navigate complex technology challenges? As a Technology Support Analyst II, you’ll deliver exceptional hardware and software support for attorneys and staff in a fast-paced legal environment. From resolving desktop computing issues to setting up conference room technology and supporting virtual events, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring seamless technology operations across the firm.
You’ll work closely with cross-functional IT teams and interact with users at all levels of the organization—providing prompt, professional, and courteous service whether you’re on-site or working with remote users. Your strong troubleshooting skills, customer-first mindset, and ability to remain flexible under shifting priorities will be key to your success in this role.

This role is located in our Costa Mesa Office. The schedule for this position is: Monday through Friday from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm PT (100% onsite)
What You’ll Bring
• Education: Degree in Computer Science or relevant technical qualification (A+ or Microsoft certification preferred)
• Experience: Minimum 5–6 years of IT support experience in a professional services environment; law firm experience preferred
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of desktop computing environments, Microsoft Windows and Office Suite, Citrix, VPN, VOIP systems, and remote computing tools
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple, user-friendly terms
• Customer Service Mindset: Proven ability to deliver high-quality service under pressure while juggling multiple priorities
• AV & Conference Tools: Experience with conference room setups, audio/visual equipment, Crestron systems, and virtual event platforms
• Process Discipline & Flexibility: Comfortable working within structured IT processes while adapting quickly to changing business needs

Compensation
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in Costa Mesa. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At Kirkland & Ellis, we consider compensation more than just a base salary. Compensation Range:
Costa Mesa: $80,000 - $102,000
