Kirkland & Ellis, one of the world’s leading law firms, is seeking a Technology Support Analyst II for our new Philadelphia office. This role is integral to maintaining the firm’s technology infrastructure, delivering first-class IT and AV support to attorneys and staff in a fast-paced, professional environment.

What You’ll Do:
Provide hands-on desktop and laptop hardware/software support, ensuring seamless functionality for our attorneys and staff with professional and efficiency.
Troubleshoot and resolve Windows 11 OS, M365, networking, and remote access issues (Citrix, VPN).
Assist with audio-visual (AV) setup and troubleshooting for meetings and events, supporting Zoom, WebEx, and MS Teams.
Collaborate with IT teams across the firm to resolve technology challenges efficiently.
Maintain IT assets, document solutions, and adhere to established support processes.
Offer on-site and occasional off-site support, including remote trial setups and travel to other Kirkland offices as needed.
Participate in scheduled maintenance activities, which may include weekend or after-hours work.
Qualifications & Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
4-6 years of IT support experience in a professional services setting (law firm experience preferred).
Technical expertise in Windows OS, Microsoft applications, networking, and mobile device support.
Audio-visual proficiency, including setting up and troubleshooting conference room technology.
Customer-first mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
A team-oriented approach with the ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment.
Relevant technical certifications (A+, Microsoft, or similar) preferred.
