Essential Job Functions
Document Services is responsible for providing exceptional 24/7 technical document support to attorneys, paralegals and business services professionals. The Document Services Supervisor ensures proper coverage and quality of service through workflow delegation, shift monitoring, and best practices training to Document Services team members.
The supervisor will oversee the business operations of the Document Services department during their shift. This includes monitoring work product quality, training and development, and identifying performance issues. The supervisor will also work with management to develop and supervise consistent application of departmental policies and procedures.
The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in providing prompt and courteous service on all customer requests, problems, and queries. The candidate must have excellent oral and written communication skills, must show strong interpersonal and customer service skills, and be process-oriented yet flexible. The candidate must be able to interact with individuals in all levels of the Firm’s business.
Standard Hours: Monday – Friday 4:00 p.m. – 12:00 a.m. (CST)

Compensation
The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position in Chicago, New York City, Los Angeles, the Bay Area, and Washington D.C.. This range may differ based on your geographic location and cost of living considerations. At Kirkland & Ellis, we consider compensation more than just a base salary. Compensation Range:
Chicago: $120,000 - $160,000
NYC: $120,000 - $165,000
Los Angeles: $120,000 - $155,000
Bay Area: $120,000 - $165,000
Washington D.C.: $120,000 - $150,000
