Essential Job Functions
We are seeking a dynamic and organized business development professional to support our growing Miami office. This specialist will provide support across the business development and marketing lifecycle, playing a significant role in the execution of development strategies for the Miami office. This role will report to the Business Development Director and will work closely with the Business Development team in Chicago.
Key initiatives will cover a variety of functions, including pitches and proposals, client engagement experiences, contact relationship management, business/relationship intelligence and branding. The candidate will actively contribute ideas, and execute and expand upon existing organizational tools, processes and policies, all while providing superior service to attorneys and clients alike. The ideal candidate will be self-directed, with a proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects. The candidate must be willing and able to work both early mornings, later nights and occasional weekends.
You will communicate and collaborate daily with nearly 200 diverse problem-solvers and advisers dedicated to the broader BD, marketing and communications efforts of the Firm. Kirkland’s international BD team provides seamless service to our attorneys with a focus on quality, innovation and responsiveness.
