Qualifications & Requirements
The Data Analyst and Report Writer is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that drive informed business decisions for the Risk department. This position involves developing accurate, clear reports and visualizations tailored to various stakeholders, ensuring data integrity, and communicating findings effectively. The role supports strategic planning, identifies trends, and facilitates data-driven decisions.
A minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business, information management, or equivalent experience in a related field is required. Two to five years of experience in a legal or other professional services environment is preferred.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong analytical and critical thinking skills, excellent documentation and communication abilities, acute attention to detail, a collaborative mindset, business acumen, and data mining skills, with a general understanding of Information Technology. Multi-tasking, prioritization, and the ability to produce high-quality work are also essential. Experience with advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Qlik is a plus.

The base salary range below represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position.
