Essential Job Functions
Kirkland & Ellis LLP is seeking a Paralegal I - Taxation who will support multiple partners and the overall practice on a variety of matters.

Education, Work Experience, Skills
This position requires 2+ years of experience preferably in a law firm assisting on tax matters for large corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree. Additional qualifications include excellent analytical and organizational abilities, solid communication skills, strong computer abilities, creativity, and initiative. A successful candidate must be able to work independently as well as with a team, have acute attention to detail, and is able to multi-task and prioritize while working in a high pressure, deadline-driven environment. Flexibility for travel and overtime is required.
Technologies/Software
Strong technical skills are required, particularly Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat.
