Essential Job Functions

Join in the development and implementation of the Enterprise Application Architecture function. This role, working alongside of other application architects, will work with senior leaders to develop and architect strategic initiatives that align with the organization's overall solution objectives with a keen focus in our CRM platform -  To be successful in this role, the Enterprise Application Architect Principle should have strong experience, leadership and communication skills, attention to detail, as well as a deep understanding of relevant technology trends, design patterns, and Lightning Apps best practices. Additionally, this role should be able to think strategically and work collaboratively with other departments to achieve the organization's goals.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

  • Partake in the development of application architecture, including the Target State Application Architecture that addresses the Statement of Architecture Work and stakeholder expectations.
  • Ensuring that architecture is aligned with the organization's overall solution goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain reference architecture, architecture building blocks (ABB), standards, and guidelines to ensure that the organization's technology is secure and compliant with industry standards.
  • Identify areas for capability improvement and implementing strategies and roadmaps to address them.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to identify and participate in prioritization initiatives.
  • Stay up to date with emerging technology trends and developments and evaluating their potential impact on the organization.
  • Communicate technology target state, roadmaps, and development progress to senior leadership and other stakeholders.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, data science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Connectors, Salesforce Platform), preferred in a global capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of architecture governance concepts, application design patterns, and best practices.
  • Experience developing and implementing architecture governance, guidelines, procedures, and standards.
  • Experience with one or more platforms such as Introhive, ServiceNow, MuleSoft, Azure, Microsoft M365.
  • Proven change management skills.
  • Excellent communication, diplomacy, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with business and IT cross-functional teams.
  • Experience leading a team of architects, technology owners, and technology subject matter experts.


  • Strong presentation skills
  • Business Process Model and Notation (BPMN) experiences
  • Work experience at a large professional services organization

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

  • Preferred: TOGAF certification
  • Preferred: Technical or Application Architect certification

Tools and Equipment

  • Microsoft office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), Visio
