Essential Job Functions

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Specialize in the recruitment of temporary or contingent workers for various departments within the Firm. Work closely with hiring managers and Recruiting Business Advisors to understand staffing needs of the department and provide strategic, consultative guidance through the sourcing process.
  • Coordinate with third-party staffing agencies to secure contingent workers as needed and develop pipelines for ongoing needs.
  • Manage hiring team interview processes including administering skills testing and troubleshooting interview logistics. Conduct phone screens, video interviews, and in-person interviews.
  • Support process re-design and implementation as it relates to the Firm’s recruitment of contingent workers.

Vendor Management:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with staffing firms, developing a network of preferred vendors for each business function and regional geography.
  • Negotiate vendor agreements, partnering with Procurement team when needed.
  • Ensure functionality of staffing firm candidate portal and troubleshoot any technical issues.

Operational & Compliance Process Improvement:

  • Work cross-functionally with hiring teams, other HR departments, Technology, and Operations teams to streamline and standardize the onboarding process for contingent workers in the US.
  • Assist in developing and implementing compliance process improvements, with a focus on streamlining background check procedures.
  • Lead TA training sessions related to process changes which includes creating training materials and guides.
  • Partner with the HR Employee Relations & Compliance team to ensure adherence to legal and regulatory guidelines throughout the hiring and onboarding process.


  • Partner and collaborate effectively with broader TA team and other HR Business Partners
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required; or high school diploma/GED and additional equivalent professional experience.
  • 6+ years of dedicated full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience managing contingent worker hiring.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic organization.
  • Demonstrated experience prioritizing and managing a high-volume of tasks, while maintaining attention to detail, in order to deliver high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of building collaborative relationships in a matrixed environment.


  • Proficiency managing agency portal functionality within an ATS or CRM
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Excel
  • Experience with Visio or another diagramming tool

Certificates, Licensures, Registrations

  • PHR or SHRM is a plus
