Essential Job Functions
The Restructuring Paralegal I will assist Senior Restructuring Paralegals with managing all aspects of a Chapter 11 reorganization and out-of-court restructuring matters. The Restructuring Paralegal teams are responsible for managing the organization and accuracy of documents and data in electronic databases ensuring all files are maintained with Firm approved case management systems.

Manages Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters and assist in preparation and handling of bankruptcy e-filings and related documents.

Qualifications & Requirements
Education, Work Experience, Skills:
The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience preferably in a law firm handling complex Chapter 11 Bankruptcy matters for large corporate clients predominantly representing debtors. Candidates must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work effectively in a team environment is required. Flexibility to accommodate for travel and overtime is required. Ability to lift up to 25 pounds is required.
