Essential Job Functions

The Senior Revenue Process Analyst will support the Revenue Operations Supervisor on responsibilities specific to the Firmwide Revenue Shared Services function. This role focuses on various needs spanning the entire Billing organization and includes new hire and ongoing training for Billing Services, assessing and assisting with firmwide reporting needs and driving various billing projects and initiatives. This position requires billing expertise, technical proficiencies and absolute commitment to delivery of service in a professional manner.  

Essential Functions

  • Work with Revenue Leadership to coordinate and lead department initiatives focused on, but not limited to, retention and training, recruiting, reporting, technology enablement, and practice and client support.
  • Collaborate with Billing Supervisors on the further development and maturation of Revenue staff training programs. 
  • Partner with others in this same role to act as thought leaders and mentors within team.
  • Drive process improvement and transformation efforts within the Revenue function.
  • In collaboration with Revenue Leadership, facilitate business requirements gathering in order to identify, document, and analyze business processes and technologies
  • Develop and implement change management plans to ensure successful implementation of projects and initiatives.
  • Foster teamwork and comradery within Revenue Function, across offices and levels
  • Lead firm driven requests to ensure accuracy on reporting within Revenue Function.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills

  • The Senior Revenue Process Analyst will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of legal billing experience is required.
  • Knowledge of internal controls functions as it relates to minimizing risks, ensuring accuracy of records, promoting operational efficiency, and adhering to policies and legal requirements.
  • Perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior customer service while producing a high quality work product.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize is essential; flexibility for possible overtime hours.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills in order to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently.  The ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment is required.
  • Opportunities to expand responsibilities and progress within the Finance function are available for individuals based on strong performance and the desire to grow.

Technologies/Software

  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Elite 3E preferred but not required
  • Mathematic skills are also required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
