Essential Job Functions

The Hospitality Coordinator will report to the Hospitality Manager and will be responsible with the Hospitality Manager for overseeing the food service operations in our Conference Center, Practice Floor Pantries, Café and Coffee bar. The Hospitality Coordinator will assist the Hospitality Manager, Conference Center and Food Service teams to ensure the successful day to day operations for all events taking place in our conference and dining spaces.

Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree along with a minimum of at least 2 years of catering/café supervision and event planning experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a supervisory role; or equivalent combination of education and experience. The successful candidate will have proficient computer skills and knowledge of firm software including email, time and attendance and departmental software applications. The successful candidate will also have excellent customer service, communication, teamwork and interpersonal skills, the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and staff, strong budgeting, analytical and problem solving skills, the ability to organize, prioritize multiple assignments and use judgment and initiative to accomplish results in an accurate and timely manner.

Essential Functions

  • Supervision of Cafeteria and Coffee area operations to ensure successful day to day operations.
  • Supervision of Catering and Pantry operations to ensure the successful execution of the Firm’s catering needs in conferences, meetings, and floor pantries.
  • Support and take all necessary and approved actions to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Manager and establish clear expectations and work priorities, ensuring that work levels are balanced and met among food service staff.
  • Collaborate with the Hospitality Manger and General Manager on streamlining operations, recognizing and identifying issues and problems within catering/cafe operations and recommend solutions.
  • Must be hands on and, when necessary, assist food service staff in café and with pantry and conference catering deliveries.

Education, Work Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years of supervisory or management experience in a catering / café or similar role.
  • Must have proficient computer skills and knowledge of firm software including email, time and attendance and departmental software applications.


  • Microsoft Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, EMS or similar conference room reservation software.
