Essential Job Functions
As a member of the Firmwide (FW) Legal Recruiting & Development Department (LRD), the LRD Coordinator role will provide support to the LRD Resources Team. This position will assist with the general management of our FW department, which includes supporting various internal and external initiatives, along with a variety of special projects. This role will also intersect with many other administrative departments within the Firm including Accounting, Support Services, Purchasing, etc.
We are seeking a resourceful, self-starter to assist with the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced, demanding department that commands flawless execution. We are seeking a resource who can heavily assist the entire LRD Resources team with a variety of projects from updating reports to owning their own projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Qualifications & Requirements
Must demonstrate mastery in Excel and be proficient in MS Word and PowerPoint. Familiarity with other collaboration tools such as OneNote and SharePoint is a plus.
Kirkland has a hybrid work arrangement, with the requirement to work in the office three days a week (but must be flexible to come in the office up to five days a week, when needed).
Our teaming and collaborative workstyle requires a person who can adapt their communication skills when the situation presents itself. Someone who is self-aware, motivated, and can interpret cues to pivot/flex at a moment’s notice, should be able to succeed in this role.
