Essential Job Functions

The Document Services team is seeking a Graphics Specialist with the creative talent to help internal clients achieve their goals through visual storytelling.  The ideal candidate will be an adept and proactive team player with strong graphic design, production and problem-solving skills.  Candidates are required to submit a link to their portfolio in their resume. 

Essential Job Functions: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

  • Create visual text and imagery for internal clients (invitations, announcements, themed PPT decks, etc.)
  • Conceptualize, design, revise and oversee completion of complex graphics, illustrations and animations
  • Create, revise, and reformat PowerPoint presentations, maintaining Firm branding standards
  • Create and edit organizational charts, flowcharts and timelines in both Visio and PowerPoint
  • Create and edit advanced Excel charts and graphs
  • Source and edit imagery within brand guidelines
  • Coordinate special requests with the Business Development and Presentation Design teams

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills

  • A college degree or certification in graphic design is preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered
  • 5+ years of agency or in-house experience
  • Excellent client service orientation with strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple projects
  • Strict attention to detail — proofreading skills required
  • Must include link to portfolio in resume/application


Highly proficient in Adobe CC (specifically Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator) and not shy about translating designs into PowerPoint. Microsoft Office 365, including Visio, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.  Experience with audio and video editing preferred.  Working knowledge of appropriate image quality, resolution, and color mode according to intended project usage also preferred.

Work Environment: 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
