Essential Job Functions

The Revenue Operations Senior Coordinator will support the Associate Director Revenue Operations on responsibilities specific to the Firmwide Revenue Shared Services function. This role is focused on various needs spanning the entire Billing organization and includes tracking time compliance, managing matter updates, and broadly ensuring the integrity of the Billing system data.

Essential Functions: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

  • Mentor and oversee Revenue Operations staff.
  • Track and report time compliance across Firm. 
  • Manage time entry correction requests.
  • Prepare and report on reconciliations between time and billing systems to ensure the validity and completeness of all time data.
  • Perform timekeeper administration in the Firm’s time recording application.
  • Review and maintain Client/matter codes and information within the financial system.
  • Assist the Associate Director Revenue Operations and Supervisor of Revenue Operations as needed on various ad hoc projects including troubleshooting Billing issues.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • The Revenue Operations Senior Coordinator will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, or Information Systems.
  • 3-5 years of finance experience is required; law firm of professional services company is preferable but not essential. Training will be provided to the extent required.  
  • Perform all job duties with a commitment to providing superior customer service while producing a high quality work product.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize is essential; flexibility for possible overtime hours.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills in order to work effectively within a team environment, as well as independently.  The ability to adapt to new assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced, highly demanding environment is required. 
  • Experience with report writing tools, including SSRS, or SQL is beneficial. Strong analytical and technical skills are necessary.

Work Environment: 

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
