Essential Job Functions
The Purchasing Coordinator is responsible for the active administration of all facets of the purchasing function. This individual will be responsible for reviewing requisitions and creating purchase orders as properly executed with accurate account descriptions (G/L, budget department code, project code), in accordance with Firm policies. Responsibilities include the accurate and timely preparation and management of purchase orders, as well as working with vendors to monitor the status of orders and coordinating the resolution of order issues, until orders are successfully fulfilled.
