Essential Job Functions
Kirkland & Ellis is seeking an assistant to support the efforts of the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) team within the Firm’s Marketing/Business Development (BD) Department.
You will be responsible for ongoing maintenance and support of the Firm's CRM system. Your top priority will be to perform database entry and maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in the CRM. You will be responsible for researching and updating data, performing searches to reveal inconsistencies and missing information and performing external research to expand/enhance relationship content (e.g., contact, company and industry research). You will work with the CRM and IT teams to test/validate system updates.
You will report to the Business Development Associate Director (CRM) and assist the global CRM team members as well. You will also communicate and collaborate daily with approximately 140 diverse problem-solvers and advisers dedicated to the broader business development, marketing and communications activities of the Firm. Our international BD team provides seamless service to our attorneys with a focus on quality, innovation and responsiveness.
