Essential Job Functions

The Business Analysis Specialist will support the Senior Business Analyst and the broader Investment Partnerships Administration department by supporting the data migration, system configuration, process developments, and workflows for the implementation of Dynamo as the primary technology application for the department. This individual will work closely with the members of the Investment Partnerships Administration department as well as vendors, consultants, and investors.

Essential Functions:

This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.

  • Create process documentation and training materials during the implementation phase and maintain and update such documentation thereafter
  • Support data conversion and validation during the implementation phase and perform regular data entry and validation thereafter
  • Maintain meticulous testing logs and open items lists
  • Coordinate mass mailings
  • Provide investors with a first layer of technical/how-to support and escalate as appropriate

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a law firm or professional services firm is required; work experience supporting a senior level executive in a professional services organization is desired.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is desired.
  • Candidates should be self-motivated, require minimal supervision, and will be required to maintain confidentiality.
  • A strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are required, Dynamo preferred; the ability to adapt easily to new software and other web-based tools is critical.
  • A desire to learn new skills and to expand their skills over time is necessary.
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills are required, and the individual must be proactive and results oriented. Individuals are expected to exhibit strong customer service skills and a commitment to excellence.
  • Candidates should possess strong written and oral communication skills.

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
