Essential Job Functions

This part-time position is supporting the Firm’s General Services Intake Desk during weekend hours.

Essential Functions: (This list is not exhaustive and may be supplemented and changed as necessary.)

  • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients, foster a sense of team, and approach all encounters with clients and colleagues in a gracious, attentive, courteous and service-oriented manner.
  • Answer and direct telephone phone calls and monitor Outlook email mailboxes.
  • Print, scan, organize, and distribute documents, and/or coordinate with support departments to arrange for copying, and custom reprographics/binding.
  • Prepare and coordinate FedEx and courier services
  • Assist with basic document work such as converting documents.
  • General clerical tasks and other projects as delegated.
  • Resourceful, self-starter able to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced environment. 
  • The schedule is Saturday and Sunday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education, Work Experience, Skills:

  • Some office experience preferred and a working knowledge of MS Office Suite.  High School diploma required

Technologies/Software:

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office is required.

Work Environment: 

  • This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets.
