Essential Job Functions
We are seeking a coordinator to support the efforts of the Contact Relationship Management (CRM) team within the Firm’s Marketing/Business Development (BD) function. Kirkland has a very robust and successful CRM program and this position presents the opportunity to support the CRM efforts of our Texas offices.
You will be the CRM expert and point person in one of the Firm’s Texas offices while also being a key member of the global CRM team. You will be responsible for ongoing data maintenance, business development department support and end user support of the Firm's CRM system. You will use your previous CRM experience to perform database entry and maintenance, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of information in the CRM. You will be responsible for researching and updating CRM data, executing searches and reports to analyze data, conducting trainings for Business Development team members and working with the CRM and IT teams to test system changes and updates.
This position will report to the Business Development Associate Director (CRM) and will work closely with other global CRM team members. You will also communicate and collaborate daily with approximately 150 diverse problem-solvers and advisers dedicated to the broader business development, marketing and communications efforts of the Firm. Our international BD team provides seamless service to our attorneys with a focus on quality, innovation and responsiveness
