Essential Job Functions
The Director of Revenue Management and Controls is responsible for leading the growth and transformation of the Revenue Function. Created as a result of the Firm’s continued growth, this new position is important to the Firm’s continued success. This role will serve as a bridge between the Revenue team, Finance and IT leaders, and Partners to identify opportunities, propose and prioritize solutions, and manage and coordinate teams, including external consultants, to successfully drive change and ensure effectiveness. The candidate must be passionate about controls and process as well as understand the impact of initiatives across the organization. Ability to influence and manage Senior Leadership expectations while driving change is paramount.
