Essential Job Functions
The Chicago office is seeking a Graphics/Document Specialist to support the Firm’s attorneys and staff, and work effectively as part of the document services team.

Qualifications & Requirements
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in desktop publishing, graphics, presentation software, and advanced knowledge of Excel and Word. Responsibilities include creating/revising client presentations, brochures, invitations, substantive presentations, and various charts. In addition, this position will provide assistance with complex formatting issues, converting and formatting complicated documents, and answering “How To” questions in both Excel and Word.
The successful candidate will possess a strong command of a number of different software applications to produce high-end professional work product including Microsoft Office 2016, Flash, html, Visio, Snag-It, Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
This position requires interaction with attorneys and staff on a regular basis, as well as communicating within the Document Services Department. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and organizations skills, and be proactive and results oriented. Additionally, strong customer service orientation, outstanding proofreading and communication (oral and written) skills, and the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment are required.
The ability to work Monday through Friday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm with flexibility for overtime as required. Must have 2+ years of recent experience in a graphics production environment and expert skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio, preferably in a large law firm or corporate finance.
Bachelor's degree or any combination of training, education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the essential functions of the position, and a minimum typing speed of 55+ wpm are required.
